What to expect
Once you have paid for your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided to us. Once your order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email and then communication from DPD to inform you of your delivery time.
Please note: If you are not at your chosen address when DPD attempts to deliver your parcel, and if no alternative instructions had been provided via its website or app (e.g. a named safe place), it may try a neighbour or leave your package at your nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer shipping to selected international destinations. A minimum order of £150 is required and the shipping charges are covered by the customer.
In addition, you will be liable for any import duty, taxes and fees which may be levied in relation to your delivery.
Customs policies and practices vary from country to country, so we recommend that you seek advice from your local customs office before placing an order.
If your required shipping destination is not listed, please contact customercare@nicolefarhi.com for assistance.
