What’s my username?

When you created your account you will have used your email address as your username

Do I have to create an account?

If you'd prefer not to create an account you can checkout as a “new customer” - if you decide you'd like to create an account in order to be able to track your order then you can do so very quickly and easily at the end of our quick and easy checkout process

What happens if I forget my password?

You can request your password to be reset by entering your email address on the Forgotten Your Password page and we'll send you a link in order to reset it

Orders

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a shipment number which can be used to track the progress of the delivery of your order at http://www.dpd.co.uk

Can I specify a delivery time?

Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time slot for your delivery. However, if you miss the delivery, DPD will leave a calling card to confirm they attempted to deliver. You can then contact them directly to arrange a specific time slot for re-delivery.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, however you must be confident that someone will be there to sign for your order for you as the courier is likely to deliver to reception.

Can I change my delivery address once the order has been made?

If the order has not yet been shipped, you will be able to change the delivery address by calling us on +44(0) 203 0922053. If you have already received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, then unfortunately we will be unable to change the place of delivery.

How do I amend my order?

Unfortunately this is not possible; we would need to cancel your order so that you could place a new one. This is only possible if your order has not been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return an online order to a Nicole Farhi Store?

All online orders must be returned through our online store. Stores cannot accept any returns or exchanges for orders placed online.
