Delivery will be made between Monday - Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. Please note that we deliver via DHL, who will require a signature on arrival.
NB: During sale period orders can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. This is due to the volume of orders that we receive during this time. Thank you for your patience.

The returns period is 28 days from the date of your order.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a shipment number which can be used to track the progress of the delivery of your order at www.DHL.com.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time slot for your delivery. However, if you miss the delivery DHL will leave a note saying that they attempted to deliver. You can then contact them directly to arrange a specific time slot for re-delivery.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, however, you must be confident that someone will be there to sign the goods in for you as the courier is likely to deliver to reception.
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been made?
If the order has not yet been shipped, you will be able to change the delivery address by calling us on +44(0) 207 287 5658. If you have already received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, then unfortunately we will be unable to change the place of delivery.
