TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website. Nicole Farhi website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.



Acceptance of your Order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Nicole Farhi shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.


If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.



Delivery **

Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. That�s why we entrust all our deliveries, home and abroad, to DHL. It�s also why they insist on your order being signed for.

It's best to be as detailed as possible when entering the delivery address to avoid any delays. You should note that once a package has been signed for by someone, its safety is no longer our responsibility.

NB - DHL are not able to leave your order at your local Post Office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.

All deliveries require a signature; please ensure somebody is in to sign for the goods. If you are not in to receive goods, you can contact DHL to arrange a new delivery time.

All delivery times are only estimates and we will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any delay in meeting such delivery times

All delivery charges are subject to credit card authorisation, stock availability and customs delays.

Delivery prices and times depend on your location. No deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays.

*You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you'd like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.
** Please note: Shipping Charges for homeware are calculated manually, please call our customer services department at 020 7495 6963 to arrange shipping if you are interested in purchasing any of our homeware items and we will give you a quote for shipping. Costs are based on weight and we ship with DHL International.



Late Deliveries

If your order's taking longer than expected, you can check its progress at www.DHL.com. Simply enter your consignment number in the box on the left of the homepage and you'll find out exactly where it is.


Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on between 9am and 6pm (GMT), Monday to Friday*. Or email them on webenquiries@NicoleFarhi.com. Either way you'll need to quote your order number.
*Excluding UK bank holidays.



Returns/Exchange policy

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods within 14 days of delivery (This does not affect your statutory rights.). You will receive a returns form with each order to complete and return with the items. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization Reference number by emailing us at returns@NicoleFarhi.com. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization Reference number on the returns form. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call 02074956963

Nicole Farhi will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.

Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

For a refund, exchange or credit note, please send your returns to Nicole Farhi Website Department, 158 New Bond street W1S 2UB, for the attention of Claire McCartney. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Alternatively, for a credit note or exchange only, you may bring your purchase in to one of our stores as set out below. Please note that we can not offer a refund in our stores.

We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items only. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer�s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Returns Policy for Sale Items

Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of the date you received your Return authorization number.


Payment

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Nicole Farhi make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
