IT MANAGER
Reporting to the CEO the IT Manager will be accountable for the day to day provision of effective IT services across the Company (Business Applications, Desktop, Server and Communication Infrastructures). As part of the role, the IT Manager identifies infrastructure and system requirements in line with business needs/strategic plans and ensures Process, Data, Stock and Systems integrity and compliance.
The successful candidate will have first hand, recent knowledge of the retail business and its environments and a proven track record of delivering high quality technical and operational support services to a variable and demanding audience. With strong, demonstrable Microsoft technical ability/knowledge encompassing Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Exchange, File 'n' Print services, Active Directory, file shares, security and permissions, LAN and WAN networks, you will have a demonstrable experience of understanding, producing and creating reports for colleagues/management through a variety of reporting tools. A strong Project Manager with proven history of delivering successful projects you will also be an excellent communicator with both internal and external business partners.
We are looking for candidates who have an IT based degree or similar in certifications together with 5+ years of working within the IT services in Retail at Middle Management Level.
QUALITY CONTROLLER / TECHNICIAN
Our design, quality and authenticity of product are a fundamental part of our success. Manage the quality of the Nicole Farhi collections through the development process to bulk delivery. You will ensure technical excellence and the highest quality product is developed and produced directly at source with our manufacturers. The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the luxury fashion sector and have a clear understanding of the Nicole Farhi aesthetic with the ability to develop ranges to commercial objectives. We are looking for a great communicator who will relish the opportunity of foreign travel and has gained some experience within factories.
UK AND IRELAND SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Wholesale)
This role supports the wholesale team to drive sales and profitability targets and maximise profitability for the territories assigned and is a great opportunity to join our Wholesale Sales team. Wholesale Sales experience within the luxury/premium sector essential. The successful candidate will have a passion for developing relationships and delivering outstanding customer service levels. We are looking for a skilled communicator and a great ambassador for the Nicole Farhi brand with high personal and professional standards.
INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Exciting opportunity to join the Nicole Farhi Wholesale team in the capacity of International Sales Manager and take responsibility for the management of the accounts in your territory and develop new business to support our growth. The successful candidate will have 5 years experience in an international role with a proven history of delivering sales and new contacts into a luxury fashion business. VISUAL MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT
Implement and deliver the visual strategy to the highest visual merchandising standards to promote brand awarenesss and sales of Nicole Farhi products within our retail stand alone stores, concessions and wholesale outlets.
