We aim to offer the highest level of service and therefore will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery will be made between Monday -Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. Please note that we deliver via DHL, who will require a signature on arrival.
We happily accept returns on all orders within 7 days for sale items, and 14 days for non-sale items, of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in original condition and packaging. You may request either an exchange or a refund on your returned items.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a shipment number which can be used to track the progress of the delivery of your order atwww.dhl.comor you can contact DHL on0844 248 0844.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time slot for your delivery. However, if you miss the delivery, DHL will leave a note saying that they attempted to deliver. You can then contact them directly to arrange a specific time slot for re-delivery.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, however, you must be confident that someone will be there to sign the goods in for you as the courier is likely to deliver to reception.
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been made?
If the order has not yet been shipped,you will be able to change the delivery address by calling us on+44(0) 207 8748752. If you have already received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, then unfortunately we will be unable to change the place of delivery.
How do I amend my order?
Unfortunately this is not possible; we would need to cancel your order so that you could place a new one. This is only possible if your order has not been shipped.

Can I return an online order to a Nicole Farhi Store?
All online orders must be returned through our online store. Stores cannot accept any returns or exchanges for orders placed online.
